Because of the custom nature of our items, we cannot accept returns or cancellations once production has started.
However, we do stand behind the quality of our products.
If there is a problem caused by us, we will gladly reproduce, replace, or refund your item according to the following terms.
1. Non-Returnable Policy for Custom Products
All products on 3dkee.com are personalized and made-to-order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Change of mind
- Ordering the wrong photo, size, or text
- Dislike of the final product’s style or color
Please check your order details carefully before submitting it.
2. Eligible Reasons for Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement only if one of the following situations occurs:
- Incorrect Customization
- The product’s customization (photo, text, or other personalized details) does not match the information you submitted.
- Example: wrong name, image, or layout that differs from your approved order.
- Wrong or Missing Item
- You received the wrong product, wrong order, or your order is missing items.
- Damaged or Defective Product
- The item arrived broken, defective, or poor in quality due to a production or shipping issue.
- Unclear Image or Text Rendering
- The printed photo or text on the product is unclear, blurred, or misaligned.
- Incorrect Size or Mismatched Dimensions
- The size or shape of the delivered product does not match your order specifications.
If your case matches one of the above categories, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement
Please send an email to support@3dkee.com with the following information:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos of the item showing the problem
Our customer service team will review your request and provide a solution within 2–3 business days.
If confirmed as our error, we will offer you one of the following options:
- A free replacement of the same item, or
- A full or partial refund, depending on the issue.
4. Shipping and Return Instructions
- In most cases, you do not need to return the item unless specifically requested by our support team.
- If a return is required, we will provide the return address and instructions via email.
- Unauthorized returns sent to our warehouse will not be accepted.
5. Refund Timeframe
Once approved, your refund will be issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
